  1. Heat the wok until really hot then add in a touch of oil and the eggs. Move towards the centre of the wok until set then chop into small pieces. Set aside the cooked egg pieces in a bowl for later..
  2. Add more oil to the wok and then add in all of the veg and the ginger but NOT the garlic. Season with the salt and add the MSG. Stir fry for around two minutes.
