This white lasagna involves the clever hack of using egg roll wrappers instead of noodles (which means no boiling). I've been making lasagna for a long time, and there are quite a few variables to play with. Layers of flat lasagna noodles baked with alternating layers of slow-cooked Bolognese sauce, bechamel, and Parmesan cheese.   5. For the cheese source, add the milk, flour and butter to a pan. Heat and keep stirring until thickened..
  6. Take off the heat and add the 150g cheese, stir until cheese melted.
  7. Later in dish: meat, lasagna, sauce, lasagna, repeat. Finish with the sauce layer. You should get 3 sets of layers out of the ingredients.
  8. Sprinkle remaining cheese over too.
  9. Cook at 200oC for 40min. Once cooked leave to cook for 10min before serving.
